The stories are of the “bedtime story” type, but they are aimed at adult and teenage readers, so there is some blood, and not everybody lives happily ever after. While the book is best suited for intermediate (B1) ESL readers, pre-intermediate (A2) and upper-intermediate (B2) readers might also find it enjoyable. The vocabulary at the end contains pre-intermediate-level words as well. The book is written in British English.
